Tracey Baugh has over 20 years HR experience in the areas of employee relations, HR administration, industrial relations, performance management and organizational development. Tracey has spent many years working for companies in the BPO, Aviation and hospitality industries, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. Tracey leads Segoso Caribbean’s Employee Development team, supporting clients in a variety of verticals.
