Terence Cheatham, PHR, is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Segoso Caribbean. Prior to joining Segoso Caribbean, Terence spent eight years at SSL Americas, LLC, a U.K.-based company, where he served in various Human Resource management roles. Having worked mostly in the area of Human Resources for large organizations, he is particularly experienced in the areas of performance management, payroll, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Terence earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fredonia State University and holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
