Areas of expertise include BPO implementations, operations, sales, finance, business development, airline industry, leisure industry and tourism destination management.
Worked with itel, Sandals, Xerox, ACS, e-Services and SITEL Caribbean. Now President & CEO, Segoso Caribbean, a brand new approach to nearshore outsourcing, based on extensive industry knowledge.
