Ricardo Treviño García is Segoso Mexico’s Country Head in Monterrey. He is an industrial engineer who graduated from UANL – Universidad Autónoma De Nuevo León, which is located in the city of Monterrey. Ricardo has extensive experience in the BPO sector in Mexico managing US clients, in Education, Insurance, and Technical Support. He blends this with process optimization and leadership development in order to keep continuous improvement at the core of his organization.
