Professional Biography

Randal Bernard, a profound Director of Training and Organizational Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational levels creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions designed to support the organization’s business plan.  Randal is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning.

Most recently, Randal was appointed the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Segoso Caribbean. There he continued the strategic training direction for over one hundred employees, staffing requisition discussion, conducting needs assessment, curriculum design and planning for new and existing businesses, incorporating our culture with new client’s ideas.

Prior to this role, Randal served at several organizations designing and delivering successful programs in management development, team building, diversity, communications, customer service, sales, change management, performance management as well as many other topics.  His work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.

Randal’s outstanding strengths include leadership, communication, facilitation and influencing.

His successful initiatives include:

  • Designed a capability framework for trainings.
  • Created and implemented a global communication and training plan for a major change process.
  • Led the training team to determine business needs and develop creative training solutions.
  • Created, conducted, and following up on employee post-training surveys.
  • Facilitated cross functional project teams.
  • Developed internal and external service standards.
  • Led a team to create a career path planning process, partnered with HCIT
  • Planned and conducted employee events.

Randal Bernard has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Office Management & Technology and a minor degree in Social Work.
