A native New Yorker, Meghan is a first generation American of Haitian heritage. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rochester before pursuing her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University.
Having worked in the BPO and Collections Industries even prior to graduating from law school, Meghan has collected, negotiated, managed, implemented and stood up outsourced processes, and advised clients and internal departments with respect to the law. Serving as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Meghan understands and views the BPO and Collections Industry through several different lenses. Meghan strives to ensure consumers are treated with dignity and respect, while the needs of her clients are met and exceeded.
