Ken Hayes graduated from Columbia University in 1993. His career covered international technology, sales and domestic business process consulting before joining Segoso Caribbean in 2021. Ken has had success with complex BPO implementations in several verticals including telco/cable, direct marketing/eComm, financial services, travel, healthcare, and utilities. With an emphasis on data intelligence and consultative business development, Ken seeks to be hands-on and engaged with every client.
