James McConnell
Head of Training
James has over 22 years of BPO customer service and collections experience. This includes 1st and 3rd party collections for multiple verticals such as medical, auto, utilities, financial services and telecommunications. James is currently responsible for the delivery of all training needs for Segoso Caribbean. This includes onboarding training, refresher, rollout, requested training, skills assessments, curriculum development and delivery for both inhouse and virtual classes. Some of his accomplishments at Segoso Caribbean have included revamping the training curriculum, moving the training environment to a digital platform, and helping with the launch of Segoso Mexico. On the personal side, James is originally from Topeka, KS and has lived in 7 states and 8 cities throughout the US. James has held a professional license in Real Estate for the past 16 years. He is an avid gardener, woodworker, and a gym enthusiast.
