A Post-Graduate in Business Administration from India, Ashish is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience through functions of Sales, Marketing, Operations & HR across Retail, Media, IT and BPO industries in India and overseas.
Ashish has worked with large business houses like The Times of India Group, ESPN and Walt Disney Group and has also been on the forefront of start-ups in the Online Media Consulting and Software Development space in India and the Caribbean. Starting from the position of a frontline salesperson, Ashish has risen through the ranks and led multiple small & large teams across various functions. At Segoso Caribbean, Ashish is primarily responsible for scheduling, monitoring of adherence to schedules, dialer administration, analyzing performance and controlling shrinkages, internal and external reporting & client invoicing. His scope of work is spread through teams across company’s operations in the three locations of Montego Bay – Jamaica, Monterrey – Mexico & Atlanta – USA.
